So, what is Cash Management?  Effective cash management can reduce and or eliminate the stress not knowing if you have adequate funds to meet payroll, pay bills and keep the business running.  We employ the use of a thirteen week rolling cash forecast which is updated weekly. 

This financial tool will forecast anticipated receipt of cash based upon historical trends and current client payment trends.  The next step is to determine what needs to be paid during the coming week, such as fixed payments for operating expenses, business loans, payroll, and other expenses which must be paid.  Then we determine what other expenses can be paid during the week.  The sum of all these transactions provides you with an ending cash balance for cash.  We then roll this out for thirteen weeks so see if there are any weeks in which the company could be short on cash.  We also offer cash management training.
